Receipts and invoices
Your receipt and tax invoice are emailed to you straight after checkout. Need another copy? Email us.

Download and keys
Your order page has the download (Realize 0.5.6) and your keys. It opens after checkout and this browser remembers it. Updates install over the old version — your licence carries over.

Lost your order link or key
Email support@sketchupsimplified.com from the address you bought with. We’ll resend your order link and REAL- key.

Move to a new PC
Licences are single-device. Send your key and the new Device ID (shown on Realize’s lock screen) and we’ll release the old computer.

Add a second PC
On the 2-PC licence? Paste the second Device ID on your order page. Bought for one PC? Buy another licence, or email us to upgrade to the 2-PC licence.
